After years of endless unsuccessful dieting, Patrick and Rita developed their own method for losing their unwanted pounds once and for all. Their motto for success: "You can't go off a diet, if you're not on one."
Within one year of making a decision to have the body of their dreams, Rita and Patrick lost over 50 pounds each. And over two years later they remain at their ideal weight. Their dynamic program, "You're the Boss" is offered as a
- one-day workshop (limited to 12 individuals)
- 3 hour power talk (for larger groups)
- one-on-one coaching (for individual attention)
